Project information:

• Location: Remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 150 - 160 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
• Meeting with lines of Business / program managers and stakeholders (e.g., application services).
• Maintaining Intune CSP and informing management and key stakeholders before changes are deployed.
• Acting as SPOC for Level 3 related to requests/questions.
• Handling ServiceNow support tickets from end-users.
• Troubleshooting Windows 11 technical problems at a solid level.
• Opening advisory and incident tickets with the vendors.
• Ability to search for technical information and solutions on the web, understanding and implementing them in Intune, PowerShell scripts, and Registry.
• Capable of working independently, managing tasks effectively, and providing regular updates during calls and meetings.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) with a focus on Intune management and basic understanding of the Autopilot process.
• Solid understanding of MEM Win32 applications fundamentals.
• Azure Active Directory fundamentals.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
