We are looking for an experienced Windows Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that cooperates with one of our Norwegian clients.

responsibilities :
Plan and implement Windows Server installations following best practices
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows Server and associated services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.)
Provide technical support to customers, addressing Windows-related issues
Assist customers with performance analysis and optimization for Windows environments
Execute patching, migrations, and upgrades
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application operations, networking, virtualization, and security, to deliver integrated solutions
Combines deep technical knowledge with strong problem-solving skills to ensure high availability and optimal performance of Windows infrastructure

Expertised in planning and implementing Windows Server installations following industry best practices
Experienced in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to Windows Server and core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO)
Skilled in executing patching, migrations, and upgrades while maintaining system stability and security
Microsoft AZ-104 Azure Administrator
ITIL Foundation or equivalent
AZ-800 and AZ-801: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator
English B2 level
Structured in operations and documentation
Customer-oriented, ensuring stable and responsive end-user experience
Team player, effective in cross-technology collaboration
Proactive in identifying performance improvements and capacity needs
