Develop, innovate, mature and maintain infrastructure roadmaps and designs for Windows Services including service automation
Scripting and solutions development
Ensure that technologies and services are aligned with the business strategy
Drive Proof of Concept activities
Provide 3rd line support for complex operational issues
Collaborate across technology teams and other stakeholders to align service delivery
requirements-expected :
Windows Server professional, preferably with enterprise-size installation experience
Understanding of IT Service Management
Knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise virtualization
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
SAFe methodology and SAFe task refinement
Scripting and automation
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
