• Proven experience in Windows C++/C development, including GUI and systems-level programming
• Strong grasp of STL, MFC, Win32, and WxWidgets
• Advanced knowledge of distributed network architectures
• Hands-on experience with Linux development (Red Hat, GCC toolchain)
• Familiarity with market data, order routing, and execution systems
• Deep understanding of multithreading, low latency, and performance optimization
• Experience working in a continuous development / integration environment
