Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and margin in the wind segment.
  • Manage and monitor sales performance across teams, ensuring targets are met with clear action plans and accurate forecasting.
  • Lead key account relationships and negotiations at the executive level, driving customer value through differentiated product and service offerings.
  • Optimize commercial margin through pricing strategies, customer portfolio management, and complexity reduction initiatives.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, internationally distributed sales team aligned with strategic objectives.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of B2B commercial experience, with at least 10 years in international team leadership roles.
  • Strong background in the wind energy sector and familiarity with cable products, technologies, and related client base.
  • Proven track record in implementing successful sales strategies and managing key accounts in technical, industrial environments.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, pricing, and consultative sales skills, with strong business acumen.

Optional

  • French and/or German is a strong plus.
