Overview of position:



Our client is a well-established renewable energy developer with over a decade of presence on the Polish market and a growing portfolio of utility-scale wind and solar projects. To maintain the high quality of their projects and manage the increasing workload, they are seeking an experienced Development Project Manager. The company values work-life balance and supports remote work, offering you significant autonomy in managing your time and place of work.

In this role you will:

1. Take charge in project development of assigned Wind and Solar projects portfolio.
2. Act as the companys main representative in the field of each project development task on the supervised portfolio.
3. Conduct all permitting activities to ensure development of projects in accordance with the assumed timeline and budget.
4. Meet with local authorities and local societies.
5. Cooperate with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
6. Cooperate with the local team and engineers from HQ.

For this role you should have:

1. Knowledge of current legislation in the field of Renewable Energy Sources.
2. Experience in development of RES projects.
3. Greenfield experience is an asset.
4. Proven track record in finished RES projects is an asset.
5. Fresh experience within wind energy development.
6. English language at communicative level.
