Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances Manager Poland
Objective
Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances Manager Poland is responsible for implementing the Product Line strategies as well as working closely with the Commercial Area and local Commercial Teams on ranging, pricing, promotional planning & analysis, product launches, driving initiatives such as Energy Labelling, and closing gaps as well as finding new opportunities in the market.
As an active member of the Polish leadership team and as a key member of the Commercial Triangle, the WB SDA Manager will be instrumental in commercial decision-making and ensure the consumer is front of mind in every business decision we take. WB SDA Manager will champion the commercial triangle initiatives and activities; and will be expected to take on additional projects and work on behalf of the leadership team.
This role will report operationally to the Country Head of Commercial.
Product Line Responsibilities
- Implementing the strategy within the supported country
- P&L responsibility for WB & SDA including C&A
- Lead local WB & SDA Commercial Triangle
- Take a proactive approach to competitor/pricing/promotion analysis to ensure Electrolux position is optimized to gain market share and drive profitable growth at all times
- Providing continuous feedback to CA Product Line relating to local needs
- Ensuring Commercial Area product life cycle management, incl Phase-In/Phase-Out, PNC levels and commonality
- Monitoring market and competitor environment, providing input & feedback to CA Product Line for new product development
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key customers to ensure a fully rounded category management approach is taken to the ranging cycle and activation plans
- Use CStar data to constantly improve average star ratings and thus drive better consumer experiences across all product groups
- Raising and managing local compliance issues
- Planning and execution of commercial launches
Sales Responsibilities
- Accountable for account plans in the supported country
- Establish strong listings/ ranging with High Value Partners
- Monitor and drive sell out
- Lead price negotiations
- Promotional planning
- Campaign deployment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, combining both product line and sales, ideally in consumer goods or FMCG sector
- Fluent Polish and very good English
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive results
