The Website Experience Specialist is a key member of the web marketing team, which is responsible for creating, optimizing, and supporting the corporate website (microstrategy.com) and related international websites. The Website Experience Specialist contributes creatively and technically to the production of an engaging website experience. The Website Experience Specialist monitors and helps optimize website functionality and content to help raise brand awareness and generate leads working closely with content owners and others to ensure content and branding continuity across multiple international websites. Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to work well on a team are an absolute must. Also critical are attention to detail, project management skills, and dedication to the high standards of MicroStrategy, Inc. This position will be responsible for owning the web analytics and will need to be able to communicate analytics information to stakeholders, including marketing KPIs and customer journey.
responsibilities :
Work closely with team of web designers, web developers, and content owners to produce and maintain webpages and microsites of the corporate website, focusing on quality, cross-browser performance, usability, and search engine optimization.
Support the efforts of worldwide marketing managers and team resources to keep multiple international websites up to date with localized content.
Develop content management system usage guidelines, training content, workflows, and train and support CMS users worldwide.
Provide web-based support for social media initiatives.
Analyze and report on website usage analytics and visitor journey regularly against web key performance indicators.
Suggest website functionality improvements based on best practices.
Keep up with emerging web technologies and trends.
Work with the Web Director to manage the web tasks and web project queue.
Work closely with the team to support | conduct A/B testing aimed at optimizing website performance and enhancing user experience.
Provide support in testing various elements such as content, links, forms, etc.
requirements-expected :
BA or BS degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in website marketing for a large corporate website preferred.
Strong English writing and editing skills required.
Experience with Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics 4 required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma will be a plus.
Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be strong plus.
Basic knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM), chat, personalization, and similar website technologies a plus.
Experience with version control systems (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager, Github) is a plus.
Content management experience (i.e. Wordpress, Contentstack) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills required.
Ability to work as a self-starter and team player required.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment required.
Project management certificate or project management training will be a plus.
Experience with project management tools (i.e. Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus.
Strong understanding of data analytics, marketing KPIs, and marketing dashboards is a plus.
Ability to communicate clearly, lead small team meetings, and communicate project statuses to stakeholders is required.
