For our client, we are seeking a WebLogic Engineer to support the maintenance and troubleshooting of our infrastructure. Project information:

• Location: Remote with business travels abroad
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 900 - 1050 PLN net + VAT daily on B2B
• Technical Stack: WebLogic, Unix, Linux, Shell, Perl, Python

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the health status of WebLogic domains
• Installing, configuring, testing, and resolving issues related to WebLogic systems via ticketing systems
• Maintaining and updating internal procedures and documentation
• Developing and maintaining custom scripts or identifying tasks that can be automated to reduce manual intervention
• Participating in client-related meetings and training sessions
• Collaborating with other technical teams for effective problem resolution
• Providing customer support for applications running on WebLogic servers (WebLogic 12 and 14)
• Supporting communications to stakeholders throughout
• Strong experience in the administration and performance tuning of WebLogic application stacks
• Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Dynatrace)
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Python)
• Basic understanding of Oracle Database and SQL
• Basic cloud experience, ideally with AWS
• Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes clusters
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
