• We are currently looking for a WEBCON Low-code Developer (Citizen Developer) to join a project in the financial sector. You’ll join a multi-skilled team that will play a key role in a major transformation within the company. In this position, you will be responsible for validating new processes and ensuring the quality of the software. • Designing and enhancing automated business processes using the WEBCON low-code platform
• Configuring and adapting BPMS solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Working closely with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
• Aligning workflow applications with current enterprise systems and data sources
• Developing and maintaining SDK extensions for business process support
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes through automation
• Ensuring solution quality, security, and compliance with development standards

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with low-code/no-code development platforms, including WEBCON
• Solid understanding of BPMS concepts, workflow automation, and business process modeling
• Proven experience with APIs and data integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, enabling smooth collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
• Proficiency in SQL
