About the Position:
As the Web Product Manager for Circle Ks European websites, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing customer engagement across multiple channels. Based in Warsaw, Poland, you will lead strategic initiatives to integrate our digital platforms seamlessly with our physical stores, delivering a unified customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Web Product Roadmap: Develop and prioritize the web product roadmap and backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Agile Product Development: Collaborate effectively with Agile development teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Technology, Store Operations, Customer Experience, Design, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, conduct user acceptance testing and interviews, and iterate to enhance product features and functionalities.
- Strategic Vision: Craft and execute a multi-year product strategy that supports Circle K’s business objectives and drives best-in-class digital experiences.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a data-driven, customer-centric approach to product development, integrating customer insights and feedback into product enhancements.
- Manage the EU web product roadmap and related backlogs.
- Effectively work in an Agile product development working environment.
- Oversee and lead requirement discovery, solution design, EPIC writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on web feature development and prioritization.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.
- Participate in market/customer research and validation to identify new opportunities for new and existing product features and functionalities.
- Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources that enable digital products to be the channel of the customer’s voice.
- Champion a customer-centric and data-driven approach that incorporates customer insights, feedback, and best practices.
- Identify blockers to success, problem-solving, and working to resolve cross-functional challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in web product management.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex web product roadmaps and delivering digital solutions that drive business growth.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse functions and geographies.
- Passion for innovation and solving customer and business problems through digital solutions.
