We are currently looking for a Web Developer to help us craft fast, elegant, and measurable web experiences across the entire Text.From high-impact landing pages to A/B test infrastructure, you’ll help us push the limits of what SaaS websites can do.
Developing product websites and landing pages across entire Text.com ecosystem – youll work with other creative team members to delight our visitors and raise the bar for SaaS websites;
Optimizing our content creation workflow by configuring, extending, and troubleshooting CMS platforms like Statamic, Decap, and Headless WordPress — and introducing smarter solutions as we grow;
Improving the overall code quality and development process;

Consider HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and TypeScript as your second language, and are ready to apply them to build impressive websites;
Have substantial experience in constructing complex websites;
Understand the nuances between web apps and websites, along with their technical implications;
Communicate effectively and can discuss your ideas and project updates with anyone, including those without a technical background;
Possess an eye for design and can provide thoughtful advice on how designs translate into live websites;
Understand SaaS fundamentals and how websites contribute to growth strategies.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace , in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, youll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
