• We are currently seeking a Web Designer/UI Developer to join our Łódź office and play a key role in crafting and developing dynamic web applications.

• Design and implement client websites, presentations, conceptual demos, and user interfaces based on business and user needs.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement front-end interfaces for database-driven applications.
• Create UI sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma; contribute to the development and upkeep of a design system.
• Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible pages using HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like Sass or LESS), and JavaScript.
• Manage site and page design, including content updates, graphic optimization, and maintenance tasks.
• Deliver fully functional, end-to-end UI solutions and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Work in fast- paced environment
• Communicate in English with your colleagues from different locations on daily basis

• Min 4 years of experience working with one of designing applications like Adobe XD, Photoshop, InVision, Figma, Sketch
• Min 4 years of experience in designing frontends in cooperation with developers to deliver data-driven web applications
• Practical experience in designing creative UIs
• Practical experience with HTML & CSS and test on different web browsers
• Good sense of User Interface look and feel
• Knowledge in responsive web design/mobile applications design
• Proactive and self-driven - you take initiative and own your work.
• Works well with others and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Flexible and open to working with existing systems and changing priorities.
