What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the engineering and production team to maintain, enhance, and design web modules.
  • Create new modules using low and high fidelity prototypes when needed.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle from ideation, wire-framing, production, to handoff and launch.
  • Work cross-functionally with our teams in EMEA to create and adapt brand assets for local markets.
  • Collaborate with designers to create graphics and illustrations for webpages that meet brand standards and requirements.
  • Use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud design apps to produce high-quality visual assets within project timelines.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines while exploring new creative directions when appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends related to web design, including emerging technologies like SVG animations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a web design-related discipline or related field of study + 3 years of experience OR 4+ years relevant professional experience.
  • A positive attitude, high energy, and passion for creating effective, solution-oriented work.
  • Exercise quality assurance and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices.
  • Ability to work solo, and demonstrated ability collaborating with small and large teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Expert user of design software tools Figma and Adobe professional design apps.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred but not required.
  • Evidence of excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Virtual event experience is a plus.
  • Motion design skills, including After Effects and animated GIFs, are a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
