• Proven experience in web design and UX.
• Strong understanding of user experience, funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, WordPress).
• Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Design and build high-converting website funnels that guide visitors from awareness to action.
• Design landing pages, product pages, and lead-capture forms aligned with user intent and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and web agency to align design, campaign goals, and technical aspects.
• Use analytics and heatmaps (Matomo, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to assess performance and identify UX issues.
• Manage and interpret A/B testing results to support design and content decisions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Ensure usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across all devices.
• Coordinate with developers for more advanced technical updates.
• Support SEO and GEO initiatives through design and layout optimization.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics each month to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
