We need another pair of hands to create awesome products for our customers: ship beautifully designed websites that are engineered and developed in a perfect way.
In the last 3 years, we have built a four-person skilled internal Design team at Bejamas that creates and delivers tons of useful designs for our customers: Dribbble .
As a Web Designer in Bejamas, you’ll work closely with our clients, Project Managers, and Dev Team (Frontend Developers and Testers).
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- has at least 2 years of commercial experience working with web, the design team and clients as a designer
- has a portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects, in different industries
- has written and spoken English at a high enough level to communicate smoothly with the rest of our international team members and clients (B2+/C1)
- is a master of Figma and DS
- can understand the development phases, to be a part of it (you don’t need to code)
- is passionate about design, following the latest trends on Dribbble, Behance, a etc.
- has at least basic knowledge about accessibility
- is able to justify decisions when collaborating with various stakeholders
- has a creative mind – innovative, inventive, able to start ideas and solve clients’ problems
- knows that it is ok that you don’t know everything
- is open to receiving feedback and improving upon it
- has an eye for details and a pixel-perfect approach to design work
What you will do: - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and developers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to the internal team
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Learn and test new things on a daily basis, such as Animations, Jitter or Framer
- Complete the UX & UI Process
