As a Web Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of web and e-commerce content across global markets. You’ll be responsible for managing content end-to-end — from collection and documentation to publishing and quality assurance — ensuring that all digital experiences are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
You will be part of the Product Design organization, working closely with designers, writers, product managers, engineers, and localization partners to bring engaging web experiences to life across multiple locales and languages.
Tools: CMS (Contentful preferred), basic HTML, web QA tools
responsibilities :
Implement web-based content experiences such as pages, heroes, banners, modules, and modals
Own content collection, uploading, publishing, and updates across e-commerce sites
Manage content across international markets, including multiple languages and locales
Act as the subject-matter expert for the CMS from a content editor’s perspective
Own and maintain documentation, entry standards, and asset libraries
Partner with product and engineering teams to help shape CMS structures and workflows
Work closely with designers and writers to plan timelines and deliver content on schedule
Coordinate with product, web, and engineering teams on go-live timing and releases
Communicate publishing status clearly to stakeholders
Submit, track, and publish translated content for non-English markets
Support QA testing following releases and ahead of campaign launches
Provide technical editing, including proofreading, grammar, and punctuation checks
Coordinate licensed assets and imagery with project managers and creative teams
requirements-expected :
2–4 years of experience managing web or digital content
Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms (Contentful is a strong plus)
Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to create clear, usable documentation
Comfortable managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams
Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
