Software Architect (Web App Architect) – Remote with 1 Day in Warsaw Office

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect (Web App Architect) to lead and design scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, defining project requirements, and ensuring the technical excellence of our applications. The position is remote , but requires one day per week in our Warsaw office .

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web application development.
• Document architectural designs, code guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating in an onsite-offshore model.
• Proven experience as a Web Architect , working with various tools and architectures in the web ecosystem.
• Expertise in Django framework .
• Strong architectural and design skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and version control systems (e.g., Git) .
• Proficiency in automated testing for both frontend and backend.
• Experience with Azure web hosting .
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS planning, design, and scalability .

Nice to Have:

• Experience with messaging technologies .
• Prior experience as a team lead for developers.

Compensation:

• Up to 2,000 PLN per day
