• We are looking for a Web Analyst with a black belt in tracking, to join a team of talented IT professionals operating in Gdansk.

• Responsible for and ensure high-quality data collection and accuracy for our clients.
• Responsible for setting up, validating, and maintaining tracking in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Manage cookie consent compliance and ensure GDPR adherence in tracking implementations.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement technical tracking solutions.
• Develop and present data reports and visualizations in GA4 and Google Looker Studio, working closely with Digital Marketing, UX, and CRO teams.
• Provide support for sales cases when required.

• 5+ years of experience in a digital agency or client-side role.
• Strong technical expertise in setting up and debugging tracking, dataLayer, and GTM.
• Proven experience with tracking for Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Looker Studio, and Google BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with server-side tracking.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tracking implementations.
• Proactive, solution-driven, and client-focused - always identifying opportunities to drive client success.
