Regulatory reporting Team member

For our Regulatory Reporting team we are looking for a highly motivated, experienced analyst with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the operations area with focus on BAU as well as projects. The applicant will be a self‑motivated analytical team player with the ability to complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements that improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regulatory reporting tasks for the Wealth business (EMIR, Dodd‑Frank, CASS, CMAR, MCAR, CSDR, MIFID, Bank of Italy, Depositor Protection, MMSR)
  • Coordinate and participate in process improvements and re‑engineering initiatives
  • Coordinate compliance and monitoring visits and audits
  • Prepare and update operational procedures and manuals and ensure their execution
  • Maintain service level agreement provisions, deadlines and reporting
  • Manage relationships with internal clients in NAM, Europe and Asia regions
  • Lead meetings and teleconferences concerning the process and team
  • Support team members in resolving current issues
  • Assist in coordinating internal training for new employees

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong verbal and written business English
  • At least 5 years of experience at banking/financial institutions in Operations or Financial Markets
  • Experience in regulatory reporting (incl. operational risks) and product knowledge (at least two of the following: investment funds, securities, derivatives)
  • Ability to build strong with global counterparts and cross‑divisional colleagues and to interact effectively with senior leaders at all levels
  • Reliable and “can‑do” attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and drive change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross‑functional environment
  • Flexible with proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Used to working in a fast‑paced and continuously changing environment
