Job Description:
ENDEGO is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, marine and aerospace industries. For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a: Warranty Coordinator International.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring key performance indicators during monthly warranty reviews with manufacturing plants.
- Overseeing the processing of warranty charges and refunds at both plant and group levels.
- Tracking and reconciling payments from all customers and suppliers in collaboration with plants and central departments.
- Ensuring timely agreement on technical factors (TF) by coordinating with plants and, if needed, engaging directly with customers to provide support.
- Facilitating error feedback to development teams and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions.
- Sharing lessons learned with project teams during the initiation of new projects or product development.
- Assisting plants in preparing suitable warranty budgets.
- Maintaining a robust internal and external global network, in partnership with the plants.
- Planning and conducting internal warranty audits, including tracking corrective actions.
- Enhancing the audit process and associated documentation.
- Providing training and technical oversight to new warranty coordinators at the plants.
- Developing a reliability forecasting system utilizing data from the company.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in quality, engineering or industrial engineering.
- At least 2 years experience in quality management or warranty in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- VDA Damaged Parts Analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of German - an advantage.
- Good communication skills, ability to negotiate, assertiveness, analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel.
