We’re seeking a Warehousing & Quality Management Specialist to own the WM, 3PL and relevant Quality Management functional business processes for a global premium consumer goods company. This role leads process design, identifies process improvements, and enables process digitization and innovation while owning the strategic process roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and evaluation of differences in 3PL/WH processes within the Global S/4 template and local CEE Region needs, including best practice warehousing strategies (3PL, inventory inbound/outbound processes, quality control, cycle count checks etc.).
- Define WM KPIs (obsolescence rates, delivery turnaround, etc.).
- Develop an interaction model for collaborating with other business functions.
- Policy, governance and reporting models (OH&S policy, materiality thresholds).
- Cooperation on analysis and evaluation of differences in Quality Management processes within the Global S/4 template and local CEE Region needs together with other relevant local BPOs (S&D, Procurement & Copacking).
- Consider the strategic implications of cultural, legal and regulatory differences across different countries/regions that affect the accounting function.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the Test Stage of the project.
Profile / Requirements
- Relevant academic background in Supply Chain & Logistics or related field.
- Extensive experience in logistical aspects, in both an organizational and operating context.
- Understanding and experience with Quality Management.
- Deep knowledge in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
