Your responsibilities
- Make attendance arrangements and task assignments of the group according to business needs, ensuring stable business operations and achieving business targets;
- According to the SOP, standardize and supervise the execution of work of operaters in the responsible modules;
- Continuously monitor the on-site operations and timely report and resolve the on-site issues, taking full responsibility for improving capacity and efficiency;
- Implement and supervise on-site 6S and ensure the on-site safety;
- Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring their work efficiency and quality;
- Build a positive and healthy team culture and enhance team cohesion,
Our requirements
- Communicational English;
- Bachelor degree and above is asset;
- More than 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations;
- Able to adapt to alternate day and night shifts;
- Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability and teamwork awareness, and have good communication skills;
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PPT and other office softwar;
- Familiar with warehouse operation processes, various business processes, and the use of warehouse systems, ensuring the achievement of goals through warehouse operation within the team;
- Understand warehouse cost management knowledge and be able to implement various cost reduction and efficiency improvement management measures;
- Familiar with and proficient in quality anomalies in business processes, able to improve a certain quality anomaly point;
- Risk and safety management: able to identify the causes of risks and take corresponding actions under guidance or requirements;
- Team management: able to create a good team atmosphere, provide performance feedback to team members, and provide work training and suppor
