Location: works across two manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).
Responsibilities
- Coordinating Warehouse work - managing daily warehouse operations, including supervision of goods receipt and dispatch.
- Team management - delegating tasks, setting work schedules, and developing the team.
- Supervision of documentation - meticulous management of documentation related to the receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods.
- Optimization of warehouse space - ensuring that goods are arranged optimally in terms of space and access.
- Planning and coordination of logistic processes - coordinating warehouse activities with other company departments to ensure smooth production and supply.
- Deputy - taking over duties from the Warehouse Manager when the Manager is absent.
- Sharing acquired knowledge with colleagues by training them and helping them in their daily work.
- Active use of TPM principles and Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Effective communication with other departments.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, dispatch, storage)
- Basic leadership or team coordination experience
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Familiarity with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.) is a plus
- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/WMS systems)
- Ability to organize work and solve problems independently
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, analyze data and think logically
- Good communication and teamwork skills
