Location: works across two manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Warehouse work - managing daily warehouse operations, including supervision of goods receipt and dispatch.
• Team management - delegating tasks, setting work schedules, and developing the team.
• Supervision of documentation - meticulous management of documentation related to the receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods.
• Optimization of warehouse space - ensuring that goods are arranged optimally in terms of space and access.
• Planning and coordination of logistic processes - coordinating warehouse activities with other company departments to ensure smooth production and supply.
• Deputy - taking over duties from the Warehouse Manager when the Manager is absent.
• Sharing acquired knowledge with colleagues by training them and helping them in their daily work.
• Active use of TPM principles and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Effective communication with other departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, dispatch, storage)
• Basic leadership or team coordination experience
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Familiarity with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.) is a plus
• Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/WMS systems)
• Ability to organize work and solve problems independently
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, analyze data and think logically
• Good communication and teamwork skills
