We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Poland. As Warehouse Team Leader , you will be involved in:

• Scheduling attendance and task assignments based on business needs.
• Overseeing work execution following SOPs.
• Monitoring on-site operations for issue resolution and performance improvement.
• Enforcing on-site safety and 6S.
• Training team members for efficiency and quality.
• Fostering a positive team culture to boost cohesion.

Job responsibilities:

• Make attendance arrangements and task assignments of the group according to business needs, ensuring stable business operations and achieving business targets;
• According to the SOP, standardize and supervise the execution of work of operators in the responsible modules;
• Continuously monitor the on-site operations and timely report and resolve the on-site issues, taking full responsibility for improving capacity and efficiency;
• Implement and supervise on-site 6S and ensure the on-site safety;
• Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring their work efficiency and quality;
• Build a positive and healthy team culture and enhance team cohesion;

Job requirements:

• Communicational English;
• Bachelor degree and above is an asset;
• More than 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations;
• Able to adapt to alternate day and night shifts;
• Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability and teamwork awareness, and have good communication skills;
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PPT and other office software;
• Familiar with warehouse operation processes, various business processes, and the use of warehouse systems, ensuring the achievement of goals through warehouse operation within the team;
• Understand warehouse cost management knowledge and be able to implement various cost reduction and efficiency improvement management measures;
• Familiar with and proficient in quality anomalies in business processes, able to improve a certain quality anomaly point;
• Risk and safety management: able to identify the causes of risks and take corresponding actions under guidance or requirements;
• Team management: able to create a good team atmosphere, provide performance feedback to team members, and provide work training and support;
