Job Responsibilities
- Inventory Optimization: Responsible for building an ABC inventory management method and inventory turnover model, promoting the application of fast/slow flow SKU solutions and inventory management, and improving inventory operation efficiency.
- Storage Strategy: By analyzing the SKU depth, turnover, volume, and other characteristics of the entire pallet, clarify the overall picking strategy and storage plan to reduce replenishment costs.
- Inventory Management: Combining fast/slow flow, establish a safety stock model, optimize the replenishment safety days and pre-holding logic, and maintain a healthy inventory level in conjunction with the sorting strategy.
- Flow Planning: Combining inventory strategy solutions, formulate daily inbound flow, replenishment flow, and country-specific configurations to ensure that inventory strategy and goods flow are aligned. Job Requirements.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or above preferred, with a major in logistics management, logistics planning, supply chain management, or related fields. English proficiency is required as a primary working language.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a large enterprise, with experience in supply chain or logistics-related positions preferred.
- System Knowledge: Proficient in warehouse operation process analysis and planning, with knowledge of WMS/TMS systems, adept at identifying business pain points and overcoming business difficulties.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiar with tools such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and able to independently complete process document writing.
- Data Skills: Proficient in using functions and possessing certain data analysis and dissection capabilities.
- Clear logical thinking, project management mindset; strong communication and coordination skills, good expression, and overall planning ability.
