Warehouse Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and develop warehouse operations within a fast‑growing logistics environment.
Operational Start‑up
- Support the launch of the new warehouse together with the Site Manager.
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition of customer processes.
- Perform hands‑on tasks during the start‑up phase.
- Address start‑up challenges and ensure operational stability.
Daily Warehouse Management
- Supervise all warehouse activities, including:
- Receiving and unloading goods
- Storage, inventory control, and internal flows
- Order picking and preparation of outgoing shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of warehouse processes.
- Organise daily staffing, resources, and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and process compliance.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a warehouse team.
- Lead by example and create a positive, engaged team culture.
- Motivate employees, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability.
- Monitor performance and support professional development of team members.
Operational Excellence & Improvements
- Optimize warehouse processes to increase efficiency and performance.
- Provide operational insights and propose improvements based on daily observations.
Requirements
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, or operations (preferred).
- Experience in a similar warehouse management or supervisory role.
- Ability to build a team and foster engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with a people‑oriented mindset.
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and energetic approach.
- Hands‑on attitude; comfortable working on the warehouse floor.
- Organised, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Polish: native or fluent.
- Experience in start‑up operations or scaling warehouse activities is an advantage.
