Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing a logistics service provider (contract management, KPI setting, audits, performance reviews).
• Practical knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and planning processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the automotive, boatbuilding, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing sectors will be considered an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP, and BI systems.
• Excellent analytical skills (advanced Excel, Power BI, AI‑based tools).
• Knowledge of Lean Logistics, 5S, and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and multitasking approach.
• Strong result orientation and accountability for assigned scope.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• High organizational culture and partnership‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse resources planning.
• Supervision over annual and cycle stocktaking processes.
• Preparation, coordination, and supervision of the annual stocktaking process.
• Supervision over timely delivery of parts to internal and external customers.
• Development and implementation of procedures in the area.
• Management of all warehouse and logistics operations.
• Supervision over logistics service provider.
• Planning and optimization of operational costs.
• Continuous improvement of logistics processes and system.
• Team management and development.
