Warehouse and Fleet Specialist
Your responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations and coordination of materials and fleet activities, supporting our projects across Poland and Europe.
- Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming deliveries according to established procedures.
- Picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment to project sites and offices.
- Keeping accurate inventory records in internal systems and ensuring proper labelling and storage of materials.
- Monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and taking part in cyclical and annual stock counts.
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (UDT license preferred).
- Coordinating material flow with the Logistics, Operations, and Project Coordination teams.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards.
- Reporting process deviations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting the Warehouse Coordinator and, in their absence, handling selected organisational or administrative duties
Our requirements
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with receiving, issuing, picking, and inventory control processes.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/warehouse management systems.
- Forklift license (UDT) or willingness to obtain one.
- Understanding of warehouse documentation (goods issue, goods receipt, stock transfers).
- Ability to work with scanning devices and handheld terminals.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Motivation to develop into a coordinating and leadership function over time.
