About the Role

We are looking for a Voice and Collaboration Engineer with strong DevOps and SRE capabilities to join a globally distributed technology team. This role is ideal for someone with solid analytical thinking, deep technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will work across enterprise voice, collaboration, automation, and reliability engineering domains.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, plus 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise communication platforms, including APIs for cloud collaboration tools and SBC technologies.
• Solid understanding of telecommunication standards, signaling protocols, and voice-routing principles.
• Hands-on experience automating operational workflows using Ansible, Python, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with core networking, databases, cloud services, and data center operations.
• Experience working with Linux and/or Windows systems; proficiency in scripting or programming.
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, propose temporary workarounds, and drive long-term fixes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Comfortable working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Passion for modern DevOps practices and cutting-edge automation technologies.

,[Operate, maintain, and support enterprise voice and collaboration platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications, session border controllers, and cloud-based communication solutions., Administer user provisioning, call routing, number management, and policy enforcement within unified communication environments., Support configuration and optimization of SIP trunks, call flows, encryption settings, and SBC health monitoring., Automate provisioning workflows (users, devices, routing rules, SBC configurations) using tools such as Ansible, Python, and REST APIs., Implement automated processes for certificate lifecycle management., Develop automation frameworks, templates, and reusable tools to standardize DevOps practices across the voice and collaboration ecosystem., Define and track service-level metrics (SLIs/SLOs) for communication platforms, focusing on voice quality, latency, jitter, and related reliability indicators., Build dashboards and monitoring solutions using observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or native vendor analytics platforms., Support migration of telephony environments, ensuring seamless interoperability across systems using SBCs., Collaborate with engineering teams to design, deploy, and enhance critical infrastructure components, including logging, monitoring, and alerting services., Troubleshoot issues in production environments, covering both application-level and infrastructure-related incidents., Assess new technologies and tools to enhance scalability, automation, deployment speed, and operational efficiency., Configure, document, and optimize infrastructure components hosted in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure., Partner closely with software development teams and apply a DevOps mindset to improve workflows and reliability., Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities to improve performance, training, and operational readiness., Mentor team members, support performance growth, and maintain high levels of engagement a Requirements: Enterprise communication platforms, Telecommunication standards, Core networking, Linux, Windows Additionally: Sport Subscription, Private healthcare, International projects.
