Visual Designer – Executive & Sales Support (Wrocław, hybrid)
About the Role
We are seeking a Visual Designer to provide on-demand creative support for our Executive and Sales organizations. This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff to the EVP of Americas and focuses on visual storytelling, design execution, and user experience thinking, not campaign management.
The ideal candidate is design-heavy but marketing-minded: someone who can take rough direction, notes, or draft content and turn it into polished, professional, and audience-ready deliverables that align with brand standards and communicate with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation Design – Create and refine executive-level PowerPoint decks that are visually compelling, on-message, and easy to follow.
- UI & Interaction Design – Build mock-ups or conceptual UI flows to support product storytelling and customer demos.
- Collateral Development – Design customer-facing one-pagers, solution overviews, and sales enablement materials.
- Visual Storytelling – Translate high-level business inputs into clear, engaging narratives tailored to different audiences (executives, customers, internal teams).
- Content Refresh & Repurposing – Update existing materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and audience-specific.
- Template & Asset Creation – Build reusable templates, icons, and branded visuals for faster turnaround on future requests.
- Ad-Hoc Support – Serve as the go-to resource for urgent, quick-turn design needs that fall outside of Marketing’s campaign bandwidth.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, presentation design, and storytelling across multiple formats.
- Experience supporting B2B or enterprise software organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and information hierarchy.
- Excellent business English comprehension.
- Able to work from minimal direction to produce professional outputs.
- Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, executive-driven environment.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Experience)
- User Experience & Interaction Design – Understanding of user flows, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- AI Design Tools & Prompting – Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT for creative prompting).
- Motion Graphics/Video Editing – Light After Effects or Premiere skills for animating presentations or sales materials.
- Data Visualization – Ability to turn complex data into clear, visually engaging charts and graphics.
- Copy-polishing – Light editing/writing ability to strengthen messaging within visual assets.
- Instructional Design – Experience structuring content for learning, training, or onboarding contexts.
