Job Description

Visual Basic Support Engineer with Spanish

Location: Poland

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Spanish and English with good communication skills with business users
• Good knowledge of Visual Basic, .Net, and SQL
• Quickly understand the application knowledge and transition from the current team members
• L2 Support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements with strong technical and functional expertise in the applications being supported
• Perform RCA for technical issues, analyze and troubleshoot problems, and provide the best possible remediation
• Interact with customers on reported issues and manage customer expectations
• Communicate with other parts of the team and third-party suppliers to ensure business needs are met, including triaging and managing tickets and coordinating upgrades of third-party software
• Identify operational improvements and report them to Support lead/regional tower lead
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools from a support perspective
• Support testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases as required
• Technical skills required include, but are not limited to, Visual Basic, .Net, and SQL
