Project information:

• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 260 PLN/hour net + VAT

Responsibilitites:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

• Design and develop architecture for End User Services, Virtual Workplace and Managed Workplace solutions

• Ensure alignment with the client's technical and business requirements

• Perform smooth handover to delivery teams, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer

• Build and enhance automation solutions for workplace operations

• Maintain alignment with client expectations throughout project phases

• Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, including documentation, architecture designs and implementation readiness

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in End User Services

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Managed Workplace and Virtual Workplace environments

• Strong knowledge of hybrid-cloud architectures

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with cloud-native solutions

• Scripting / automation capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Python, etc.)

• Certifications in 1-2 cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Knowledge of CCP, COS and DOP methodologies/skills

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security and mobile device security

• Proficiency in English and German (must-have)
