Technologies-expected : Active Directory technologies-optional : Citrix VMware Horizon about-project : For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are seeking a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer with French language. Project information: Location: The offices are spread across Poland, in each major city. Mode of work: hybrid, 30% on site. Type of employment: permanent employment contract Project language: French and English (min B2) Character: Digital Transformation responsibilities : Implement and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Remote Desktop) Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues related to end-user computing environments. Managing the VDI environment (design and implement current/new solutions, maintain the systems throughout their life cycle, integrate and publish applications, integrate into the different environments, apply security policies, support the resolution of incidents/problems, implement effective service monitoring) Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues Collaboration with global IT team requirements-expected : 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments. Knowledge of virtual desktop solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon) Proven experience of maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting VDI environments Excellent command of French and English (at least B2 level) Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/GPO Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail offered : Employment contract competitive salary Hybrid type of job-70% from home Possibility to be involved in global and innovative projects from technology sector Private medical care Life insurance.
