VIP team leader will manage a team of VIP Account Managers, ensuring daily tasks are carried out efficiently and to help the team reach and surpass goals. Lead by example by developing team processes and procedures and focusing on targets on a monthly basis through proactive and reactive actions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall running of the VIP team.
• Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles.
• Achieve progress and hit VIP targets by effectively managing the team and addressing strengths & weaknesses.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
• Understand your team’s markets and KPIs and take action to capitalize on opportunities and fill gaps.
• Improve current procedures and implement new processes.
• Provide weekly reporting on team and market performance.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance management.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Head or Director of Department.

Job Requirements / Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any other EU language is a plus.
• Gambling industry knowledge and experience is a must.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong understanding of VIP Player Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Scheduling and work planning.
• Presenting and reporting skills.

Education / Experience:

• Worked in a VIP role for 2 years or more.
• Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a VIP team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of numbers and targets.
