We are looking for aVIP/Sales Trainer who will be responsible for the line management, growth and motivation of the VIP account manager team.

Work setup: fully on-site

Responsibilities

• Onboarding newly hired VIP account managers
• Checking VIP Account manager day to day work
• Making sure VIP Account managers are setting the stage for an excellent player experience
• Monitoring VIP account manager performance & behaviour
• Ensuring that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English written and spoken
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills
• iGaming background is a must
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
