Thai-speaking VIP Account Manager

We are looking for a Thai-speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Search and find solutions for customers’ issues.
• Analyze customers’ behaviour and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, meeting their needs.
• Monitor customers’ performance & behavior to evaluate bonus crediting.
• Ensure product compliance is followed according to relevant regulations.
• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered an advantage.
• Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month).

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Proactive person with good support / sales skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
