VIP Account Manager - Norwegian Speaking
BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.
We are looking for a VIP Account Manager - Norwegian Speaking who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to details
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to search and find solutions for customers’ issues
- Analyze customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, meeting their needs
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour to evaluate bonus crediting
- Ensure that product compliance is followed according to relevant regulations
- Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
