We are looking for a Norwegian speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian both written and spoken.
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Sales experience is needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Being able to search and find solutions for customers’ issues.
- Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs.
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting.
- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
