We are looking for a German VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for the retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Being able to search and find solutions for customers’ issues;
- Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, thus meeting their needs;
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
- Ensure that product compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
