Responsibilities
- Search and provide solutions for customers’ issues.
- Analyze customers’ behavior and maintain personalized relationships with VIP clients to meet their needs.
- Monitor customers’ performance and behavior to evaluate bonus crediting.
- Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Proactive with strong support and sales skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience is considered an advantage.
