BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are looking for a VIP Account Manager - Chinese (Mandarin) Speaking who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increasing their lifetime value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to details
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
Search and find solutions for customers’ issuesAnalyze customers’ behaviour and maintain a personalized relationship with VIP clientsMonitor customers’ performance & behaviour to evaluate bonus creditingEnsure that product compliance is followed according to relevant regulationsPrevious experience as a Sales agent will be considered an advantageWork hours during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)Benefits
