Obowiązki

• You will support and cooperate with the purchasing managers/buyers in their daily mission

• You will participate in the procurement department meeting (to learn how the department "works")

• You will participate in the "Request for a quote" process, 

• You will collect data, necessary documentation

• You will learn & create purchase contracts like:

Wymagania

• You will analyze the data, the quotes from the suppliers

• You will support the decision-making process during trade discussions

• You will participate in the negotiations

• You will lead the given tasks assigned by the purchasing team 

Oferujemy

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Economics and/or Engineering 

• You already have 1 year experience in Purchasing department (ideally in the automotive industry)

• You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of Polish

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy 

• SAP knowledge is an asset
