During your mission you will be a member of the Energy & Contract Management Team attached to the Commercial Department responsible for large industry activities. This team integrates the management of a key cost component, energy, together with sales management. It encompasses expertise related to energy management activities (such as purchasing operations, regulatory compliance, and dedicated sourcing strategies) and business administration for proper contract execution. The team frequently interacts with production, sales, accounting, and controlling teams.
Job Description:
As a Business Administration Specialist, your mission will consist of deploying a full billing solution specifically developed by the Air Liquide Group.
The scope is limited to Polish operations and the deployment will take place in 3 successive phases:
In this role, after being onboarded and trained, you will plan, organize, and coordinate tasks at the different phases of the project. You will collaborate with IT experts, business administration peers from Poland and other countries, as well as with the domestic commercial team (English spoken). You will leverage your project management and communication skills to properly execute the plan, showing proactiveness and taking initiatives to overcome encountered obstacles.
