How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

During your mission you will be a member of the Energy & Contract Management Team attached to the Commercial Department responsible for large industry activities. This team covers and integrates the management of a key cost component, which is energy, together with the management of sales. It encompasses expertise related to energy management activities (such as purchasing operations, regulatory compliance, and elaboration of dedicated sourcing strategies) and business administration for proper contract execution. Due to its basic function, the team is at the interface between production, sales, accounting, and controlling teams. Interactions between these stakeholders are frequent.

Job Description:

Acting as a Business Administration Specialist, your mission will consist of the deployment of a full billing solution specifically developed by the Air Liquide Group.

The scope is limited to Polish operations and the deployment is foreseen to take place in 3 successive phases:

1. Implementation of current contracts into the automatic invoicing module
2. Integration of automatic billing data acquisition module
3. Implementation of costs module for comprehensive analysis of Costs Vs. Sales efficiency.

In this role, after being onboarded and trained, you will plan, organize, and coordinate tasks at the different phases of the project. You will collaborate with IT experts, business administration peers from Poland and other countries, as well as with the domestic commercial team (English spoken). You will leverage your project management and communication skills to properly execute the plan, showing proactiveness and taking initiatives to overcome encountered obstacles.

Education: Economical or engineering education background, business analysis, project management.

Soft and Hard Skills

• Ability to collect and analyze data and to draw conclusions
• Knowledge and comprehension of financial data
• Masters degree in engineering or economics
• Very good Excel / Google Sheet skills
• Accuracy in working and delivering results within timelines
• Very good collaborative skills and ability to effectively build and manage relationships with a wide spectrum of partners
• An independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to learn and gain experience
• Ability to work in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience in reporting and analytical activities will be an asset
• Experience in preparing analysis based on financial and technical indexes will be an asset
• Experience in project management

Languages

• English fluency is a must-have
• Polish is nice to have
