Obowiązki

• You manage monthly closings, forecasts, budgets, and MTP within tight deadlines

• You consolidate financial data from multiple sites/business units with accuracy

• You analyze variances between actuals, budget, and prior year performance

• You monitor profitability and industrial KPIs to identify improvement opportunities

• You challenge site action plans to ensure alignment with business objectives

• You deliver clear and insightful financial analysis to management

• You coordinate effectively with around 20 business units and support functions

• You contribute to process optimization through BigQuery, AI, and other digital tools

Wymagania

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification

• You already have experience in Finance, ideally in controlling

• You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment

• You have strong communication skills and are open to different cultures and ways of working

• You are humble, professional, positive, and have a strong sense of diplomacy

• You have strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

• You are highly proficient in Excel; SAP or other ERP knowledge is a plus

• You are proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
