We continue to develop our brand and products autonomously. Manage your heating and energy savings thanks to our Smart Thermostat, detect the presence of intruders using our cameras, which combine artificial intelligence and image processing software. We also collaborate with strategic partners including the Muller Group, Velux, and Legrand to create a range of products that will revolutionize your home.
With an international team of 250 motivated and passionate individuals with over 20 nationalities represented amongst our teams primarily located in the Paris region, Netatmo is always on the lookout for new talent to promote its development.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for DACH Retail region strategy.
- Maintain and develop stable & long-lasting relationships with existing distributors and seek new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with indirect customers across channels (retailers, etailers, DIY, APR, etc.) and explore new channels & partnerships.
- Develop marketing & promotional yearly plans with customers.
- Manage promotional and other sell-out driven activities with partners, focusing on ROI.
- Reporting, including multiple data analysis.
- Support customers on RMA topics, ensuring proper management with local RMA partners.
- Manage P&L, ensuring forecast accuracy & regular updates, and prepare yearly budgets.
- Responsible for sales targets & cooperate with Amazon and Eshop teams to ensure growth across all channels.
- Launch new products and organize trainings in local languages with distributors and the Netatmo training manager.
- Conduct regular market analysis, including competition, market trends, and local specifics related to smart home topics.
- Participate in local fairs & smart home events, ensuring brand presence & recognition growth.
- Conduct regular customer meetings & visits, with 20% travel, including store checks with the Channel Marketing manager.
- Develop the PRO channel (plumbers & electricians, real estate, integrators) with local Legrand teams.
- Cooperate with the Channel Marketing person for the success of activities.
- Work collaboratively within Netatmo with all departments involved in sales (marketing, logistics, customer care).
- Cooperate with Legrand local subsidiaries to support sales initiatives and client needs.
- Conduct quarterly visits to the Netatmo headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt for business review sessions.
Qualifications
- You have a university or business school degree and a first experience in key account management, preferably in a retail consumer electronics environment.
- You are fluent in Polish and/or another Eastern European language (e.g., CZ, RO), and have a good level of English.
- Assertive and analytical, you excel at forecasting and planning, with a hands-on mentality focused on solutions.
- Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with your enthusiastic nature, make you an excellent team player and networker.
- This exciting role requires a lot of travel as you will frequently visit partners/distributors or stores to meet clients and check on products. You will also travel to our Parisian headquarters to meet the sales and trade marketing team and participate in quarterly business reviews.
