At Traffit we’re looking for a Video Content Creator to join our team. This person will be the face of Traffit and partner brands across our social media channels. They will take ownership of generating engagement for our growing candidate audience.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of Traffit and our partner brands across TikTok, Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Film short, sharp, personality‑driven content (30–90 seconds).
• Produce 5–10 short videos per week based on your own strategy.
• Come up with content ideas based on trends, hiring news, job‑search problems, and candidate campaigns.
• Edit your own videos (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut — you choose).
• Collaborate closely with our Founder & Growth team to shape the brand voice.
• Participate in brand campaigns such.
• Identify evolving trends and formats…and move fast to use them.
• Optimise content for platform specifics (hooks, pacing, subtitles, formats).

What we’re looking for

• You’re comfortable on camera — natural, friendly, and quick to adapt.
• You understand pacing, hooks, retention, and how to structure videos so people don’t scroll.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts best practices.
• Basic to solid editing skills (short‑form vertical content).
• Creative mindset and curiosity for storytelling.
• You’re fast — speed matters more than perfection.
• You care about delivering content people actually watch.

Nice to have

• Ability to script or storyboard quickly.
• Motion graphics basics.
• Ability to shoot on simple setups: phone, lights, mic.
• Understand the job search experience (not required, we’ll teach the job‑market part).
