The Legal Operations team ensures that online content and legal requests are handled accurately, consistently and in line with established legal frameworks.

Your responsibilities

• Review and analyse content published on an online platform, primarily textual reviews, as well as other formats such as images or websites.


• Apply client-provided legal guidelines and internal policies when reviewing content and requests.


• Process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud and falsification.


• Evaluate the validity and eligibility of each request for further processing.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards, turnaround times and internal procedures.


• Stay up to date with policies, guidelines and operational updates.

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal


• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What will make you successful in the role

• German language proficiency at B2 level or above.


• English language proficiency at B2 level.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.


• Ability to quickly learn new processes, concepts and guidelines.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• EU passport or valid residence card.

Compensation & benefits

• Yearly gross salary: 15,260


• Yearly language bonus: 3,240


• Yearly target bonus: 5% of the annual gross salary.


• Transportation bonus: 720 per year.


• Daily meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card).


• Relocation support included (bonus available for candidates relocating from outside Lisbon or Portugal).
