Project information:

• Location: The offices are spread across Poland, in each major city.

Your tasks:

• Implement and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Remote Desktop)
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues related to end-user computing environments.
• Managing the VDI environment (design and implement current/new solutions, maintain the systems throughout their life cycle, integrate and publish applications, integrate into the different environments, apply security policies, support the resolution of incidents/problems, implement effective service monitoring)
• Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues
• Collaboration with global IT team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
• Knowledge of virtual desktop solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon)
• Proven experience of maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting VDI environments
• Excellent command of French and English (at least B2 level)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/GPO
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
